Because you regard the archaeological view as negativity.
What discussion is that?

Are you really saying that when a team is already on the ground the
archaeological view is that they should not consider investigating
where there is evidence of something to find?

If you are saying that, then what do you say is the method they should
follow to determine sites suitable for investigation?
