Chaos? LOL? I remind you that more than 80% of the stones were carved
so there are no such thing as "pouring 80 blocks at a time". And for
example, the "casting" teams could work on the lower levels while the
others build the core of the upper levels with carved blocks. I don't
see any issues.

They were much more organized than you think and actually they build
that pyramid and used reconstituted stone in some part. Otherwise
Barsoum would not find that the stones he analyzed are synthetic.
