temple/pyramid plans

Hello, what books do you recommend for finding accurate dimensions of
sacred sites? I am thinking of temples and pyramids primarily but am
open to other possibilities. I want to find useful desk references such
as:
Fletcher, "History of Architecture"
Stierlin, "Encyclopedia of World Architecture"
The two best references I've found for dimensions of pyramids are, not
surprisingly, Peter Tompkins' "Mysteries of Egypt" and "Mexican
Mysteries"
Are there any others you could suggest?
Thanks and all the best for the holidays,
-Chris
cross-posted to sci.archaeology, alt.architecture, sci.architecture
(sorry for any duplication--but am finding such quality resources
scarce)
.
