Unlike Eric Stevens I take the stance that Dr. Thiering is correct
with her pesher. Still, I credit Eric for having read
her books even if a long time ago. This is a prerequisite before
passing judgment.

Dr. Thiering lays out her methodology clearly on her Pesher of Christ
website -

Also, I recommend these Thiering articles from my former Christian

I recommend Msg # 1057 because it covers a lot of ground including
some Essene solar calendar, which is the gateway to Thiering's vast
lexicon of special meanings

Then again, Revelation is the closest of all NT books to the Scrolls -

Of her scholarly papers my personal favorite is available on JSTOR -
the scholarly journal:

"The Three and a Half Years of Elijah", Novum Testamentum 23,1, 1981,
pp.41-55.

The learning curve is steep but rewarding. AFAIK no scholar has
gotten into Thiering pesher and reviewed it properly since she started
publishing.
