Not always a revolution.

Agreed. But Gimbutas' "The Goddesses And Gods of Old Europe" show us
an unprecidented revolution in Transylvania and the floodplains around
it from the late 9th to the 5th mil, with pretty much everything in
place by 5000 BC.

The list of innovation: writing, pottery, houses with chimneys,
arsenic bronze- the resulting woodworking tools created plank hulled
sailboats and advances in timber frame construction. They found a
timber frame well casing, preserved by anerobic conditions in Austria,
made of riven & sawn timbers from trees that the dendochronology says
were cut in 5078 BCE. When a house burned the debris buried loom
weights. There are so many in so many places they must have had an
active fabrics industry. Figures show us tailored jackets, pants,
skirts, & blouses.

Given that none of the male figures are formed in postures of
authority, but many of the female are, we assume matriarchy, Some of
the finds are, well... kinky. Figures with what looks like
garterbelts. Miniskirts. dildos. But also with women in power, we
should be surprised at dolls, doll furniture, and doll houses... with
chimneys. Baby rattles. Most figures are well dressed, but some naked,
but either way, lacking the rigidity so familiar in work done for the
warrior classes. A naked figue was found with pigment on the toes.
nail polish.

Timber frame with wattledaub fill between the studs, which were then
covered with woven reed mats to protect them from the rain. Mats
commonly done in twill, which remained a unique European weaving
technology for millennia.

Lots of polychrome pottery. Some perforated for collandars or seives.
but also some funnels with the necks shaped like hollow penises.
Forensic exam of pots in museums reveal some of what these witches
were brewing up. "Bachelor Button" is like RU-486, hence the name.
Stuff like skullcap, niteshade, datura, foxglove, etc can be brewed
into the poisons the witches were famous for. But- using the above
funnels, they can also be used like a douche with the transdermal
effect being an altered state of consciousness. They didnt egzactly
ride broomsticks. Some dildos had a bored channel, and when fitted
with a wineskin, would have worked the same as Masengil's devices.

The ubiquitious polka dotted mushroom in folk art comes from here. Its
that Amanita Muscaria, and when prepared properly, is NOT POISONOUS.
But is powerfully psychedelic. Some of the art reflects the
psychedelic sensibility. the male figures were sometimes rendered with
drums. If you add it all up, rather than building pyramids, they were
into sex, drugs, rock & roll.

So the answer to the OP's post is still "No".
