This is hardly a "new model" of the universe...
Mind you, it's been decades since I last saw this theory (two, if you
count the time it was being spouted by a crazed Disney-esque character in
a "Fantastic Four" comic, four, if you count me seeing it in a old-then
atlas, where it was a pre-continental drift "explanation" of why the
continents "fit together."
It's also crap...
