I went down to my local library today. Had hoped that they could
order a copy for the article so I could forward it directly to
you. The ordinary library couldn't since older journals and
newspapers weren't in their system to be ordered directly, would
have cost a lot.
Guess I will have to go down town one of these days.

I will appreciate reading the material supporting the claim of
Capsicum frutescens in undisturbed 13th century deposits in Lund.

That was what I was trying to order a copy for since I guess you be
better off with the full article re. cayennepepper and also some
pages from the other works (articles as well as books) by the
Professor. But I can't afford to pay more than the normal price/page
so I guess I will have to go downtown and copy it myself.

I think it peculiar that you so vigouriosly defend the find
and think you can draw far reaching conclusions from it,
without even reading the article.

The peculiar person here is you. I have read the article weeks before
I wrote about it the first time. BUT I didn't take a copy reading it.

OK. Then my impression was wrong.
But you show no more knowledge of the article
than everybody else who did not read the article
and you are unable to answer questions.
All you seem to know is what all over the web can
be read, that Helmqvist found Capsicum frutescens
in Lund in a supposed 13th century context.

I have also read other works of the Professor. It's you who draw far
reaching conclusions without even having correct in-put values!

I do not draw conclusions.
All I do is questioning the reliability, because the
find is so unlikely. That is the only sensible reaction.
And there was little reason to mention the find in the
first place in the context of the skull with a 'Inca bone'
in Norway, because it is very unlikely that it is an
South American skull (and jaw bone) and the finds are
far apart in space and time.

That I yesterday tried to get Tom a copy from our local library, in
Tuve centrum, one of several local libraries on island Hisingen.
Hisingen is neither the mainland centrum of Gothenburg nor does the
library belong to the University Library in centrum of Gothenburg.
The main library of Gothenburg is located 'downtown' = in centrum of
Gothenburg. So is the 'tidskriftsbiblioteket' as well as most of the
University's faculty libraries. Apart from that I read a lot when
visiting other University towns, especially Linköping. None of which
can be reached walking to the local library.

Grow up and stop abusing me and others!

I was not abusing you.
