Do we like the proposal that Noah was a king in Sumer around 2900 BC?no. do you have a reference to support this assertion?
p.s. mark your snips. Please pay attention to the 2 links on Best and Reinhold...
respectively I already
gave in our Thread here on sci.arch that I started.
If you click them, I believe you will agree that I indeed have "a
reference to support
this assertion".
no, i dont agree.
Carl is presently having the same frustrating experience in
talk.origins that he is having here. Apparently, two complete
Usenet newsgroups, both populated by some truly gifted people,
cannot seem to grasp Carl's gifts, nor appreciate that he offers
wonders beyond their ken. If they would only give themselves over
to his Socratic ministrations.
I wonder whether Marc Washington might be moved to converse with
Carl? They are both prophets without honor in their adopted
newsgroups.- Hide quoted text -

On the contrary I was perfectly clear in my language on
talk.origins. It was NOT frustrating for me at all. You were
deceived by appearances.
Why?
It was clear most did not read carefully what I wrote in the
first place.
Yet, one guy said my Robert Best link was "cool".
So, I did a double pump - # 1 on Flood, # 2 on Creation
But, on # 2 one guy asked me a question. That was enough
of an opening for me to answer him - he had not read carefully
my post and I showed him specifically where he went wrong.
Bottom line - it's all about good and clear communication.
To be diplomatic, polite, and firm is best. Patience is
required so that people end up on the same wavelength.
I recommend we learn how to disagree without being
disagreeable. Of course, if there isn't a serious difference
in the first place, then there is no problem.
I wonder if Tom McDonald would be moved to converse
with David Carl Christainsen.
