me, Eric, and Tom
from this point forward on Mehrgarh in order to learn from it.As for that, why have you not responded to anyone today
(yesterday now) except folks with whom you are not in
constructive dialog? Are you reading up so as to be worthy of
real archaeological discussion?
I hope that is the case. I'd hate to think all of your bluster
has been just a cover for an inability to, or lack of interest
in, real archaeological discussion.
Please knock it off.
You have something to prove to me, Carl. You have to show that
you can do your own research in the real literature, and not just
from books (a book?) by Han***.
If all you are going to do is mine Han*** for quotations from
real archaeologists, without actually reading the archaeologists
in their original contexts, then you can hang it up right now.
Han*** is making a particular set of points, and is consciously
using professionals in relevant fields to make those points. But
he is not giving the whole story; and he certainly is not being
objective.
Archaeological discussion does not operate by proof texts. If you
think it does, you do have a lot to learn.
As for responding, Google itself took a huge delay to effectuate
many of my recent posts.
Yet those posts do not indicate much, if any, decent research on
your part.
And if you want to avoid Google's occasional hiccups, use a real
news reader. It's not rocket surgery.- Hide quoted text -

You are way behind on your Possehl.
Tonight, I start reading -
