When I've finished my current projects, probably in September, I
might check what the library has available on archaeology in the
area. Does anybody else have any reading suggestions?

I don't know little about it and I am not particular
interested (far away in pace and culture), but here
are two links from my archive.

There are many interesting things to learn about this universe.
Unfortunately we don't live long enough to investigate them all.

The Ancient Indus Civilization
1,142 illustrated pages by leading scholars of ancient
India and Pakistan

Indus and Mehrgarh archaeological mission

Thanks, I've made a note of them and will get back to it at a later
date, They seemed interesting at a quick look.

As I understand it, there is very little known
from before the emergence of agriculture
c 6000 bc in Baluchistan.
Curious is that the early farmers seem to
have uses bricks, but no pottery.
I suppose the lack of pottery makes dating
(chronology) and insight in cultural relations
(origin) difficult.
