Impatient with whom? Try a bit of research first; a simple Wikipedia lookup will show you that the main objections are that there isn't very much in the way of evidence for them. It's a human trait to see patterns in random distributions, hence Jesus or verses from the Koran in a chapatti/ aubergine slice/ woodgrain pattern. Indeed, given the choice between computer- generated scatters that are truly random, and those based on a mathematical pettern, subjects consistently see the pattern as appearing more truly random.
What are you looking for evidence of in ley lines?
It's more fun, at least in England and southern Scotland, playing the Roman Road game. Stare at a map until an alignment of roads/ fied boundaries/ other objects jumps out at you, then look along it, and projections in both directions, for diagnostic placenames. You can even then get your coat on, and go out and see if there's any evidence that you got a hit!
