Also, any sedentary culture before agriculture would have to be
sustained by fishing. The Jomon come to mind, whose origins are not
far from Sundaland, and were the earliest pottery makers ever.
BTW, Graham Han*** has a large amount of material on the Jomon
in his 2002 book "Underworld...".
IMHO Han***'s information is accurate.
Your O is Hampered indeed.

Crazy. You make comments without even reading the book.
Were you in any college class, the teacher would flunk you.- Hide quoted text -

Han*** is a well-known sensationalist. Discovery Channel will lead
you to believe that he is more legitimate than he is.
For instance, though the structures off the coast of Okinawa may have
been altered by man before they were submerged, they are definitely
not "made by man," and though I have not read "Underworld" I have
heard that Han*** is less than honest about that.
On the contrary I had the integrity to study Han***'s 2002 book and
I assure you that he is scrupulously honest throughout the book.
Note carefully I am talking about a high level of honesty; I am not
talking
about whether people do or should agree with Han*** and the theme
of his book at any specific site around the world.
Also, I point out that the subthread title is on the Jomon -
Let's agree, for the time being, to get off Han*** and onto the
Jomon.
Let's back up. Here is background info on the Jomon just as a
starting point -
