IOW, not a single fucking archaeologist you or I have ever met or read or read about; but every single fucking archaeologist that the better class of fringies makes up to have a straw man they can sell to folks like our Bubba to explain why they have to sell books rather than write academic papers. And to explain why no one in academia pays them any mind.

Our Bubba's pretty well brainwashed, so it must work. Perhaps only on the weak-minded.
