Well its too coincidental not to see some resemblance. Time ended right there
in 1992. As far as anyone in this galaxy is concerned.

But who would know that, except me and Zeus. We were the only two left
standing, and he was just saying well, they are coming to reboot the systems,
nice view from out here in space isn't it? We were just consciousness, and he
could have been anywhere and I could have been anywhere, but all I could see
whas space. Stars galaxies and the like.

Well who else would know?
The people who came here and fixed the problem.
They know.
And sure some of them may be still here.
They were a little freaked out the day after when I saw them.
But then no one esle was aware that anything had happened.
And it was all restored from backup and if there were changes made, which
there
were, they were changes made to the computers. And now the network works
better.
And thats not to say that the physical part of the galaxy was not here or the
people, but the higher level consciousness which is housed in the computer
which makes people human, and not animals, was down completely.
My consciousness must be housed elsewhere or I would not have even known it
happened either.



Yes I got blamed for that for crashing the computers, by some, Robert probably
blames me, and the Martians maybe, but there was a lead up to it, and we did
meet on-line just prior, people knew that it was going to happen.
Time travellers were there in that small little physics newsgroup in Fido net,
the week before it happened, and were using innuendo, to say,that it was going
to happen.
So I assume that was the Mayan end of time.
Although until 2012 we won't know for sure I suppose.



So will machine intelligence ever take over the universe?
Not if they are given a set duration of operation, and then stut down.
Maybe its a fail safe mechanism.
