there knew there was a problem and they were just monitoring the
situation.
We ended up having to fix it ourselves, but they may have set up the
cold war, to prevent nuclear winter.
Its probably a really interesting story if we could just get some of
the details, but everything is classified.

But I can tell you what I think. And that is that the disks didn't fly
over Washington, after Roswell.
So the problem was not totally unobserved by Universal command.
They flew over Washington, just before I was reincarnated, so that was
just there way of ensuring that I wouldn't be toasted as soon as I was
born.
A show of force as it were.

All the hard work would have been done already right? And then it
would be, ok, don't tell him we are watching, lets see what he does.
And then well the rest is history because I wasn't alone, we have a
large crew. 2 crews actually one from Mars.



So then the disks over Washington, were not necessarily just for my
benefit, because I wasn't born until a few years later, they must have
been for the crew, many of who reincarnated at that time. Or around that
time frame.

Most of the work was done, and the world was in stalemate, before I was
born.
But those were interesting times. At any moment we were told we could end
up as a shadow on a wall of some radioactive wasteland. Duck and cover.
And people acted like well if it happens it happens. And yeah thousands
and thousands of nuclear warheads pointing at everyone on all sides.
Watch Dr. Strangelove, that was a movie made at that time.

What would be nice is if the government would give us more details,
because it really doesn't matter at this point.
There is a large alien head sitting on the moon for all to see. Whats the
difference?

Someone who thinks he could still get in trouble because so far he hasn't
got into trouble and if people knew he might get into trouble?
I don't think so.


But you see that the problems aren't over yet. There are the people in
power, who didn't and don't take those disks seriously, think Zeus totally
got his ass whooped by Chupee, think he is the king of nothing, and those
disks are just funny headed aliens, who are just looky loos, and if you fire
at them, they take the hint and bugger off.


But that Chupee didn't make it. He crashed in 1992 and had to be restored from
a backup by the universal government.
So it is all quite curious, and I suspect they will be replaced by attrition.


But then they might think well th eMars CHupee i sin charge then.
And well they can just believe what ever they want to believe I am sure.
They are free to do what they want aren't they?
Ayt least during their life tiume, and they don't believe in reincarnation so
what difference does it make to them?



So the if the Mars CHupee is in charge, then why didn't _he just restore the
earth's computer, why did people have to be beamed across the universe to
restore it?
Because _all the computers went down in this galaxy at that point.
Thats was no little system crash.
