Rather too simplistic.

This seems to suggest that mankind moved "out of Africa" en-masse in one go.
Of course, archaeological research suggests two or more major phases of
human migration out of Africa at least one of which occured much earlier
than the time window these guys have suggested.

I have no doubt however that climate change may indeed have contributed to
various stages of migration.
