No pro in the world races amateur classes because they can't figure out what the fucking purpose of doing that aimless task would be. ... But they can't answer the most fundmanetal question that their psyche will eventually ask every amateur racer whose done it long enough: why does any of that stuff matter when you're not making any money doing it and the act of bike racing itself really can't be considered fun. ...
