I responded in the other thread, but here's my response again:

The arguments get very heated. A director of the Israeli Department of
Antiquities claimed Thomas L Thompson's favorite book was The Protocols of
Zion (a lie of course). Shanks and Frank Moore Cross (described on one
site as an 'ancient Albrightian' are accused of calling people who
disagree with them anti-Semitic.

What I hadn't seen at the time is a similar article by Charles Gadda,
