I had a dream last night. I think it is a recurring dream. It can be said to be in New York city. I'm actually a Torontonian. Anyways I was in a wave (like a heat wave) and I experienced (witnessed) something. I thought I did anyway. But later (many days/months/years) I realised I was in with the group of people who in fact did not (must not have) witness it. We later encontered those who did. They were different. It was like re-acquanting. Even on the front line they were not inclined to tell us to vacate in the direction of safety. We were separated, without even knowing it. Man was I pissed. Anyways they had everything (probably money, or the ability to spell) and we were difficient. I can't believe I was too stupid (or lazy) and missed it.

I have no idea what you are getting at here. Dreams are dreams. There are many types. There are also very odd interactions which I have experienced but cannot explain. I can say nothing about dreams if they are out of the ordinary as they are not repeatable and therefore explanations cannot be tested. However I do know that delusional dreams are contagious. Stay away from people who have them. The problem with that is false views of reality are also contagious. I can't prove this but I have experienced it. If you can stay away, do so. If you cannot, get that person help. If it is you, get help.

Unless you are a butterfly dreaming you are human get away from dreams that "mean" things. From my unfortunate experience with them they have no value save to study. Been there, done that, saw it the hard way. Back in the 50s there was a book something like "The 50 minute hour" by a psychoanalyst saying how hard it was to avoid being drawn into a psychosis. (Psychoanalysts from Freud on down are criminal con men and deserve what they get.)

In any event this is far afield of your original subject. Archaeology is a science. Science knows only one thing about dreams. And that is, no one knows why we dream.
