Hi,
I think a lot of those big contracts have to do with Opus Dei and those
who supply materials for their
activities want to buy sites for gravel etc regardless of the archaeology.
The Logo of this firm is I think similar to Opus Dei

They specialize in the flawed contract,increasing prices,like the Olympics
etc might even
have helped built the autobahns as they started in 1928.
