It looks like it says that in the Narmer Palette.

But originally, I think there were about 144,000 people who had
sentience living in Metropolis, now they might have been Annunaki, and
been on the mainframe, back home essentially, in that machine, and
projected long distance to this area, and traveling along in
Metropolis. Living there. And then the conscious computer was
animating the worker class.
But they did not have the sentience layer. Just the instinctual layer,
and their instincts were to work and they were trained and all the
rest, like human animals or biological robots.
The natives if there were some on the earth, would not have had
sentience either.
Hence no written language, no civilization, etc, until Gwendolyn
programmed Hanuman, in that machine, and provided that second layer,
so people would have sentience locally.
And I think in Metropolis, she did that because of the children.
But in the movie Metropolis, they have Rotwang as the mad scientist
doing all the work in that regard, and he clones Gwendolyn, but in
fact, she was the programmer not Rotwang.

So although language and civilization are a recent phenomena on the
earth, the same people would have had that inside the moon, only the
local people on the earth, would not have had that. Like the
Neanderthals etc.
Even Rama's monkey men, probably didn't have sentience.

And they date back 2 million years.
So that is the out of Africa scenario, but people without sentience.

And then Noah's Ark, leaves the moon, 15,000 years ago, and brings
white people, to the earth. Well Caucasians.
Maybe they land in Peru, maybe there is two Noah's one lands in the
caucasus mountains the others in Peru, but I think in Peru, when Zeus
Stephen and Mary were there, that would be at least 2 million years
ago, and at that time, a stow away, probably Adam, lands too, and
makes his way to Sri Lanka.
Thats the point at which they have the mutiny.

Then time goes by and people are living inside the moon, after it
flooded, and the rebuild.

Then because of the leaks in the hull, it becomes difficult to
maintain an atmosphere, and the acoustic protection of the water
jacket is gone, so life becomes unbearable in there.

So some make it to earth, and language and civilization is transferred
to earth.
They land in Peru also, and leave a trail of stones with etchings on
them, and Nazca lines, and various clay figurines, and they make the
Aztec calendar. Or their descendants make it.
