Hi Howard:
Well, he's yet another case today of someone putting mouth in gear before
engaging brain. The usual result is that foot winds up in mouth. ;-)
There seems to be quite a rash of "speak before you think" going on lately.
I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, though, and assume he's a novice/kid
who talked himself into an embarrassing corner.
