No kidding... it's a very good example of people being just a bit too
emotionally involved with their "things"... though I'm sure they can all give
quite a few good reasons why that is not the case in the least. Seems to
happen pretty often with astronomical equipment and computers (and, I'm sure,
hordes of other things, as well, those are just the first that come to mind).
You've got to love SAA... full of good information and plenty of comedy, too,
both intentional and unintentional.
