I was out flying my RC planes yesterday 7/11/04 in East Brunswick
facing West when I saw this incredible bright object shooting across
the sky which seemed to be going from NE to SW. It appeared to be
breaking up since there were a few smaller "chunks" breaking off and
burning up. I checked the time after I landed and it was about 7:45PM.
I saw maybe 3-4 seconds of it and was directly in the backround of
where I was flying my plane and actually almost made me crash. Anyone
else see this?
J.
