Ok. Understood. But how many of these telescopes have you experimented
with?

During the Korean War, news correspondents used German optics on their
cameras. The War brought them through Japan where they picked up some cheap
"Jap Junk" lens on the local economy. To their surprise, the inexpensive
Nikon junk outperformed their high dollar German lenses and within a couple
of decades Japan had the photography market cornered, much to the
consternation of the German camera makers who even spread rumors that the
Japanese lenes were water filled.

Now I can assure you that this cheap reflector is not going to make history
repeat itself; far from it. But, price is not always the best indicator of
a bargain, just as you say, and just as I say. We are in agreement on that
Del.

But other than the price, what else do you base your opinion on? Have you
had a chance to evaluate one of these?
