Hey Ryan! STOP!!!

I lost more than 60 pounds on Atkins, and it changed my life, too, so I
KNOW it works.

But you have been off topic here for WAY too long, now. Enough is
ENOUGH!!!

The next time you discuss Atkins here, you will be in my killfile. And if
you persist, my recommendation to the group is a total student body
PLONK...
