Say, you could post here, real friendly like, *naming him*, explaining
the situation, and asking him to contact you immediately as you've not
received the items or a response to your e-mail. That would at least
put all of us on notice as to who he is.

If he doesn't solve it in a few days, give him a zero Astromart rating,
along with detailed, lengthy critical feedback. And let us know as a
follow up.

(The only problem with the Astromart rating system, however, is the MAD
nature of the rating system---mutually assured destruction. He might
make up all sorts of stuff and slam you back. But at least we know YOU
and you would be doing a service for everybody else.)

OTOH, if he were to come through, post that and tell us, too. I know
that we've had campus server problems sometimes and I don't get e-mail,
but I am still able to connect to the web and use Astromart.

Wait, how about a private message through Astromart, too?
