Did you initially read Ebay's policies? Be sure to read them in depth
before ever buying or selling anything. They WON'T deny something if the
complaint was legitimate and the investigation revealed the truth.
Remember, it takes time to investigate since they have xxxxxx number of
complaints/ claims on a daily basis.

Well, you have to remember that Astromart basically caters to the astro
community, unlike the auction sites that cater to anyone. The potential for
fraud and other things is much higher on the auction sites due to the appeal
to a much wider audience. So, yes, investigations do take longer in the
latter cases.
