It sounds like something is broken on your system. Cartes du Ciel installs just
fine on Win98 (I put it on half a dozen 98SE systems just a couple of weeks
ago). Try opening the install file CDCBASE.EXE with WinZIP. If you can't see its
contents that way, you may just have a corrupted file.
