It will and does run on Windows 98!!! It does not require XP. I just downloaded
it and loaded it into a 133MHZ Dell portable via a compactflash.
Try this: download the base package cdcbase.exe it is a self-install
exe. execute it! If if runs -- down load the additional catalogs and install them.
