Similarly, Hurricane Frances looked like a perfect face on galaxy for
several days running. In idle moments after I finished the "approaching
hurricane checklist" I considered taking one of those satellite shots, edit
it to remove the land, add a few fake field stars, and post it on
alt.binaries.pictures.astro and see who could identify it. :-)

I don't know. It might be too bland. I mean, what would consonance be
without dissonance?
