    December!?!?!?!?
    Speaking only for NYSkies, my subscribers have in their hands that
Observer's Handbook RIGHT NOW. Most took it directly from me at
meetings since late SEPTEMBER and one has it in hand via mail.
    I'm sure astronomy clubs have the book for their members, too.

    A shift in procedre by the card company. It could possibly mixed
up with the national (on the US dies) concern about money transfer
across the border.
    The real silly thing is that now the federal (US) government is
beging Canada to manufacture and sell to it flu vaccine to cope with a
shortfall in the US! It'll even let Canada charge it's low prices and
make it match the US price.
