The card company SNESED a potential fruad in that a charge was put
on the card without the normal slip and signature and it was done from
overseas. Such a act CAN be fraud and a way to export money or simply
to steal it.
Thank you bank for trying to look after you. Then let it put the
charge back for RASC.
