How good are they in finding Planets? or finding something that has just
been found? How good are they under the glare of street lights?

What if someone asks to see something by a name and they don't have the
catalog numbe for it?

I'm just asking, I once saw what amounted to a GoTo Dob, it was at the 87
RTMC I think, a guy had a very nice home made Dob and it was computer
controled, he had an Atari 800XL 2 1050 Disk Drives and a awefull bug
database of DSO's. He had not only built the scope, but had writen the
software and had done all the hardware that interfaced the computer with the
scope and no docs for all of it. But he did have to set it on the north star
first.
