Not just that. The coffee (using physics, as, presumably, this is a science
group), couldn't **at most** have been much hotter than 212 F depending on the
amount of dissolved solids it contained. How much did the case settle for? I
think you get around $12,000 in this state, total, if you break your back on
the job. The coffee at worst is going to caues a burn that will completely heal
in a few weeks. Just good Lia...er Lawyers, if ya axe me. I've been burned
enough times with 400 def F hot oil. Did I cry? Sure. Get any money for it? Ha!
