As someone pointed out below, there is ATMoB. There is also a club up
in Groveland, if that's closer to you
I'm a member of NSAAC, and we do school star parties as well as
opening up observatories for two small colleges in the area each month
(Salem State and Merrimack College). The need for volunteers to help
in these areas is always there, so, yes, there are plenty of
opportunities for you in NSAAC. I suspect it's the same with ATMoB.
