Are you serious? ;-)

Assuming you make it a long focus job to avoid coma there's the sheer
effort in handling such a brute alone. Even if it was an ultralight
Dob.

Put a 20" in an observatory and you'd want decent tracking. Think of
the size of the equatorial mounting and the accomodation necessary for
your 20" compared with any AP refractor. Not to mention the "fun" of
balancing on a tall ladder in the dark.

The 20" would win on resolution and LGP. (seeing permitting) But I
know which I'd want to use night after night after night into old age.
When I finally fell off my well-worn observing chair my wife could get
as much for the AP as I paid for it. (probably much more) While your
20" would probably be lying tarnished and long forgotten somewhere in
the white elephant's graveyard. ;-)
