I would guess that the 6" apos will be quite like the Meade 6" design. They
will be doublets using the least expensive ED material, FPL51, with comparable
color correction. They will probably be priced just under $3k ($2995 sounds
cheaper and infinitely more appealing, yes?). 4 inchers at $1k ($995), 5inchers
at $2k ($1995). All can be done with today's technology. No need to wait 50
years.
