Lets see if I've got this right. The attack on the WTC was done while Dubya was
in office and you think that they will think twice about doing such a thing
again because Dubya is in office.

It didn't stop them the first time, what makes you think people who are prepared
to commit suicide for their cause are going to be put off by the fact that the
man who let them get away with it the first time is still in office?

No-brainer indeed.
