Probably true enough, but they do provide a nice view of some DSO's
that many beginners haven't thought about looking at. If somebody was
thinking about get a pair of binocs, I might suggest that they be
tripod-mountable for enhanced stability at looking at the sky,
especially if they were 10X or higher power.
