I'm not entirely sure what you want to achieve here, but here are a
couple of things to think about:
If the speed or number of USB 1.1 ports is your major problem, you
may want to try a PCMCIA to USB 2.0 adapter.
Also, don't forget you could use the firewire port for some kind of
external storage device.
