Thanks, I try my best to not get down or depressed, but there are times when
even my own memories come back . I wasn't in some of the really bad
fighting, but as a member of the 4th Inf. Div. even as a suppostly a Radio
Van operator, still saw my share and still remember some of what I seen. I
don't think anyone who's gone into battle is ever the same deep down inside.
And having lived on the streets myself at one time, I know all to well what
it's like, not only being there but being a vet on the street too.
If I had the money like bill gates has, there'd be a lot less of them there
too.
I can remember what it was like coming off the plane at LAX after coming
home from there and being still in uniform.
