I've exchanged a simple God model, for the "big bang everywhere" model, so
my "picture" has the contents of the universe extending infinitely far
beyond our Event Horizon.

I'm not sure that disagrees with your statement, but it is not the picture
your statement paints. (And at least I am trying.....)
