The three issues are politics, politics, and politics . It took
100years for America to admit the radial tire from Europe and
since telescopes have religious, security, and economic middle
class overtones, I wouldnt count on it until WWIII is over. By then
the relative price to earnings ratio will be back up... way up! It
falls squarely in the "you just cant win" catagory by accident of
birth.
