Be a little patient and I will also accompany you on one of your tours.
I would love to visit Persepolis, for example, where one will find some
stunning archaelogical remnants with a definite Greek flavor/influence.
I have often seen photos taken by our mutual friend Tabak and all kinds
of thoughts rushed through my mind about very creative work involving
star trails et al using the physical beauty of the country.

Out of curiosity, are dark skies relatively common and easily accessible
in Iran?
