This guy is a few short of a six pack.

As with a lot of conspiracy theory, it really begs the question, why, why is
he so sure that the Moon, which has been doing its thing around the Earth
for millions of years, is now doing something that only he observes, and
what would possibly be the incentive for people to cover it up?

I wonder why astronomy seems to draw the kooks like moths to a flame?
