Have you tried doing this with the raw images just coming in from
Cassini at Titan?

contains my hastily-processed versions of three shots [two before and
one after closest approach]; this is a view south-east (I think; I'm
not sure where the North Pole and the Equator are on Titan) of the
'bay' region that was visible on the 26th October images. I think
if you remap those onto a sphere and rotate, you'll be getting the
best available views of bits of the solar system hitherto invisible.
OK, the haze gets worse near the horizon, but there's certainly another
figure-eight-shaped complex of dark surfaces coming into view.
