Not wasting your time is the first problem.
You haven't done enough homework to know if your ideas represent prior
art, and you seem unfamiliar with optical basics ("what is prime
focus?") and with the manifold invention and reinvention that has
already gone into numerous telescope designs and products ("what is ATM?")
I suggest you access prior art - begin by reading through the all the
ATM journals and publications you can find. Much of the journals have
been collected in several published volumes; much is on the net; much
can be found by reading the back copies of Sky and Telescope going back
decades.
Do your homework, and discover if you have any original ideas.
