The Vixen GP (not DX) came with the Celestron GP-C102-ED that I purchased
used, from a local Astromarter this past November. I got the scope and mount
for less then the Sphynx. It also included an MT-1 RA drive and DD-1
controller with battery pack. At the time, I had no "remote" plans, and
didn't care about GoTo. Just wanted a scope with clock drive, that I could
aim at the planets on a cold night, without waiting for a 12" reflector to
cool.

I picked up the CG5-SGT for a _very_ good price, used, on Saturday early
evening from another local Astromarter and immediately put it into service
with the 102ED F9 refractor for a trial run when I got it home. I then moved
the electronics, drives and 2" leg tripod to the GP on Sunday early
afternoon, and spent the rest of the afternoon, into the evening, running
through the controller to become familiar with the bugs (and found a
couple).

All I need do now, is sell the CG5 either with the original wood legs from
the Celestron, or with an SVP tripod that I have, as well as the Vixen MT-1
w/DD-1 controller. At the going price for these items used, the GoTo
upgrade cost me about $100.

Astromart es muy bueno por favor, yes?
