In the summer, the house is 80, the garage is 105dF-110dF and the
outsides are 100dF at setup time
In the winter, the house is 65, garage is 55dF and outside is 50dF at
setup time
In the spring and fall, the house is 80dF, the garage is 90dF and the
outsides are 85dF-ish
Its central Texas.

In basically all cases, less then 1/2 hour and the scope is plenty cool
for visual work.

The only times I have a longer cool down time is when the scope takes a
long trip in the car and gets beet by the sun all day long (600 mile
trip from Austing to Ft. Davis) and ends up in an environment where the
overall temperature at the observing site (Prude Ranch) is
significantly colder than the car temps during the drive. Still, less
than an hor and its fine.
